These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FarmTally mobile app and related services ("FarmTally", "the app"), operated by Arthink LLC ("we", "us"). FarmTally is offered to users in the United States and Canada. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

FarmTally is a record-keeping app that lets you track farm animals, crops, and finances, and generate year-end reports — including a US IRS Schedule F export, with Canadian T2042 support planned.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or province, to use FarmTally.

3. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

• FarmTally is offered as a paid subscription at $9.99 USD per month or $79.99 USD per year, with a 14-day free trial for new users.
• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Google Play, which charges in your local currency (for example, Canadian dollars for users in Canada). Unless cancelled, they renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You can cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to the Google Play refund policy.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before any change affects you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to access it unlawfully, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to store unlawful content.

5. Your data and content

You own the farm records you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, sync, and back up that data so we can provide the service. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We work to keep FarmTally available and reliable, but the app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of critical information.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FarmTally and Arthink LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or tax-related outcomes arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using FarmTally and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you use FarmTally as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the state or province where you live — including, for users in Canada, applicable provincial consumer-protection law.
